Uploading of delivery information of all International articles on IPS Web.

2.    All Sub Postmasters in Darrang Division
3.    All System Managers In Darrang Division
4.   The SDI(P),Tezpur/Mangaldoi/Chariali/Dhekiajuli for information with the request to make it a point of check during the course of inspection/visit.

5.   The C.I,Tezpur for information with the request to make it a point of check during the course of inspection/visit.

Sub: Uploading of delivery information of all International articles on IPS Web.

Kindly refer to this office letter of even no. dtd 28-07-2010 wherein you were requested to upload delivery information in the IPS Web without fail. Time to time instruction have also been issued that the delivery information of all the international EMS/Registered/Speed Post articles received for delivery should be uploaded in the IPS Web. User id and password have also been circulated. But it is seen that delivery information is not being uploaded at your end. As a result, pendency is increasing day by day.

The System Managers were also intimated vide this office letter of even no. dtd 28-07-2010 that they will be responsible for uploading of data in IPS Web in respect of offices allotted to them. Moreover, vide this office letter of even no. dtd 02-07-2010 they were requested to devise ways to upload delivery information i/r/o offices without broadband connectivity either in the nearby office or in the HPO. But it appears that they are also not taking the matter seriously.

Therefore, You are once again requested to upload delivery information of all the international EMS/Registered/Speed Post articles received for delivery in the IPS Web. Any deviation will be viewed seriously. User id and password are given again for your ready reference.
